Throughout the year, the agency hosts a series of special events that benefit farmworker families and their children. Those events are:

• Back to School Bash: In partnership with the Community Back to School Bash, the agency distributes backpacks and school supplies to farmworker children. On average, the agency provides approximately 600 backpacks every August, before the new school year begins. When funding allows, the agency also distributes shoe vouchers in the amount of $10.00 per voucher per child.

• Thanksgiving Food Distribution: With the help of volunteers and generous donors, the agency collects hundreds of pounds of food every November to distribute among farmworker families.

• Toy Distribution - Every Christmas: the agency collects new toys from private individuals, companies and community agencies for farmworker children whose parents cannot afford to buy a Christmas present. When funding allows, the agency also distributes food vouchers that can be redeemed at local supermarkets.
